Route Buyer

Americatz. is seeking a hardworking, Route Buyer to join our North Carolina team. This position will call on current customers and seek out new business within a designated territory during the week (Monday-Friday). Benefits include a 401(K), health insurance and two weeks paid vacation after one year of employment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Purchase catalytic converters from new and existing customers
• Plan routes and meet pick-up schedules
• load materials into a truck
• Pay customers
• Develop customer relationships
• Track progress and sales in CRM platform
• Comply with driving rules, regulations, company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Computer literacy including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Windows OS
• People skills
• Able to travel and drive using a company vehicle
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
• Good time management
• Good people skills
• Basic computer skills
• Must provide references from previous employers

Benefits and compensation:

• $50K annually while training
• Upon completing training, hourly pay plus bonus
• In addition to competitive pay, benefits include vacation, health insurance, matching 401(K) and paid holidays.
